Description

The BT 160-624 is a disposable static mixer with a bell mount cartridge attachment and slip luer discharge outlet.

 

This BT 160-624 static mixer has a bell housing or bell mount cartridge attachment and is used with 200, 400, or 600 cc cartridges or meter mix machines. The slip luer or tapered attachment is designed to discharge a precise bead of adhesive or to attach to a spreading device. Inside the casing is a 24 section element that fits tightly to eliminate any adhesive bypass during the mixing process. Designed for mixing ratios 1:1 and 2:1; this ensures a complete mix for epoxys, polyurethanes, silicones, and methyl methacrylates. BTmix sells these motionless mixers for low viscosity materials in assembly, meter mix machines, concrete repair, carbon fiber applications, gasketing, and potting.
