The BT 160-632-LLS (Nordson 7700862 replacement) is a disposable static mixer with a screw on white acetal integral luer lock adapter designed for attaching needles or dispensing tips made by others. This luer adapter can be removed and reattached by the user, allowing it to work with robotic applications.

This plastic, disposable, motionless mixer has a bell housing or bell mount cartridge attachment and is used with 200, 400, or 600 cc cartridges or meter mix machines. Inside the casing is a 32 section element that has a very tight fit which is designed to eliminate any bypass of the adhesive being mixed. This static mixer works best with 1:1 and 2:1 mix ratios. BTmix customers use this mixer for ensuring a complete mix of epoxies, polyurethanes, silicones, and methyl methacrylates.
