Description
The BT MA 6.3-20-S (Nordson 7701488 replacement) is a disposable static mixer with a bayonet cartridge attachment and a stepped mixing nozzle discharge.
This plastic static mixer has a bayonet attachment and is used with a 50 cc cartridge. Inside the casing is a 20 section element that has a very tight fit to the casing. This tight fit eliminates any bypass of the adhesive being mixed and ensures a good mix. The mixing ratios associated with this static mixer are 1:1 and 2:1, ensuring a complete mix for epoxies, polyurethanes, silicones, and methyl methacrylates. BTmix sells these motionless mixers for manufacturing assembly, carbon fiber applications, gasketing, potting and concrete repair.
