The BT 161-236Tx9 (Nordson 7661296 replacement) is a disposable static mixer with a 7/8 x 9 threaded integral nut and a stepped discharge outlet. This is a popular roofing static mix nozzle, also known as a 1/2″ x 36.
This plastic static mixer is used with 200, 400 and 600 cc cartridges or meter mix machines. Inside the casing is a 36 section element that fits very tightly to eliminate any adhesive bypass during mixing. Designed for mixing ratios of 1:1, 2:1, 4:, 10:1, and more; this ensures a complete mix for epoxies, polyurethanes, silicones and methyl methacrylates.
