The BT 161N-520BL-14R (Nordson 7703936 replacement) is a disposable static mixer with a 7/8-14 threaded integral nut and a full bore extended discharge outlet. This is a popular roofing static mix nozzle, also known as a 5/8″ x 20.
This plastic static mixer is used with 200, 400 and 600 cc cartridges or meter mix machines. Inside the casing is a 20 section element that fits very tightly to eliminate any adhesive bypass during mixing. Designed for mixing ratios of 1:1, 2:1, 4:, 10:1, and more; this ensures a complete mix for epoxies, polyurethanes, silicones and methyl methacrylates. BTmix sells these motionless mixers for low viscosity materials and are normally attached to cartridges, but can also attached to Meter, Mix, Dispense machines.
