Description
The BT MC 10-24 (Medmix/Sulzer MCH 10-24T replacement) is a disposable static mixer with a standard bell mount cartridge attachment and stepped mixing nozzle outlet.
This motionless mixer has a bell housing or bell mount attachment and is used with 200, 400, and 600 cc cartridges or in meter mix machines. Inside the casing is a 24 section element that has an extremely tight fit to to the casing wall. This eliminates any material bypassing the outside of the element and reducing the adhesive mix quality. The mixing ratios associated with this static mixer are 1:1 and 2:1, ensuring a complete mix for epoxies, polyurethanes, silicones, and methyl methacrylates. BTmix sells these motionless mixers for meter mix machines, concrete repair, manufacturing and truck bed liner applications.
